Refund & Transfer Policy

1. 01Your seat is confirmed when full payment is received.
2. 02If GDX Academy cancels or postpones a cohort — including when fewer than 8 trainees have paid by the published date — you choose between a 100% refund and a free transfer to the next cohort.
3. 03If you withdraw 14 or more days before the start date: full refund less a ₦25,000 administration fee, or a free transfer to the next cohort.
4. 04If you withdraw 7 to 13 days before the start date: 50% refund, or transfer to the next cohort for a ₦50,000 fee.
5. 05If you withdraw less than 7 days before the start date, or after the course has started: no refund. In a documented emergency, you may transfer once to the next cohort.
6. 06A trainee removed from the course for a serious safety or conduct breach is not entitled to a refund.
7. 07Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days.
