Every certified graduate has completed a rigorous practical assessment on production-grade machines. The credential travels with you. The network does the rest.

Every GDX Academy intensive ends with an individual practical assessment. In the CNC Router Intensive, that means unassisted setup, unassisted run, on an allocated machine, observed by the lead facilitator. You're scored on four areas — Safety & Floor Awareness, Setup Discipline, Job Execution, and Finishing & Communication.
Pass the assessment and you receive the GDX Academy Certificate of Completion for that course, along with a unique verification code. This is the credential you hand to employers.
Trainees who don't meet the assessment bar on the first attempt receive specific written feedback and priority access to our 4-week post-training Saturday program — where supervised machine time is used to close the gap and re-attempt the assessment.

Certified graduates are eligible for active placement support. We work with a growing network of employer partners across Nigeria and West Africa who hire specifically from our alumni. We share your profile, introduce you where the fit is right, and follow up after placement.
We won't promise you a job. We will promise that a certified GDX Academy graduate is actively supported into the market.
A searchable, verified network of trained operators.
We're building a public-facing alumni directory of certified GDX Academy graduates — searchable by employers by machine qualified on, location, and availability. Each profile will include certifications held, year certified, and an optional availability status. Every certificate carries a unique verification code, so employers can independently verify any credential.
The directory will go live once enough cohorts have graduated to populate it meaningfully. Launching empty would undermine everything it's meant to stand for.
