What we collect
When you apply or register interest we collect your first and last name, company (optional), phone number, email address, state/location (optional), the program you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us in the form.
We record the date and time of your submission and the page it came from.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, process your application, confirm your seat, send payment details, and tell you about GDX Academy programs you have asked about.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on our forms, and — once you enrol — the performance of our agreement with you.
Who can see it
Only named GDX Academy staff with individual logins can view submissions. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
We use trusted service providers to host this website and store data securely. They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and application records are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, and trainee records for as long as needed to verify certificates and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, or object to how we use it.
To exercise any of these rights, email admission@gdxafrica.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems.
